Pink Qara for Qara

here is my work for Qara Contest ([link].
Unfortunately, I had not a lot of time to make it a digital drawing and so I decided to make it in traditional way (also because I am more practical and faster to draw with pencil than with my design tablet). But I must say this drawing came out well enough and I didn't think I was able to draw a cute mare like this (in fact I am used to draw dogs, wolves and felines). I preferred to draw Qara like a mare because I noticed most of entries portray wolves or felines and I thought to "complete" the animal kingdom with a horse and to do something different from other entries.
Strangely, this my version of OC Qara looks familiar, if you look at her very well: involuntarily I drew a character similar to princess Cadence. DHO!!!
I hope to win this contest because I would like to use the premium membership for the first time and to earn a little deviantpoints, also if I don't know if I will manage ...
